At Albany, we are practising organic wine production to promote sustainable farming. We are looking for people who share the same vision and mission for our environment as well as the same passion for wine. 20 acres with passive solar home, mixed orchard, 8 acres of wine-grape vineyard and small furniture-grade timber plantation. A great variety work such as pruning, netting, looking after chickens / guinea fowl, harvesting, helping at the wine cellar (No Weeding!!). Flexible working hours. May take whole day-off for sightseeing downtown. 10 minutes drive from city centre. Local attractions include: beaches, bushwalking, whale-watching, spectacular coastal scenery at the Albany wind farm. Accommodation for 3 people at our warm and cozy home. Mainly vegetarian meals. No children. NSI. No smoking at summer. Short stays are also welcome. You will surely have funny, educational and exciting experiences. You will especially enjoy it if you love wine.
下午的時候 Murray 就跟我上課，他真的很善良，因為我昨晚才問他，而他在家裏沒有上課的材料，於是今早特意駕車出市鎮去拿。一對一的上課真的學到了一些之前沒有知道的東西：如這裏的人喝醉鬧市，一旦有損傷的話便是酒吧的人的責任，因為法例規定酒吧的負責人應該把喝醉的人趕走，又不可以再給他們酒精；還有在這裏（西澳）是不能在公共地方喝酒的，超市也不可以賣酒，對我來說這好像是太嚴格，但這裏曾發生過太多醉酒鬧事的事件，所以法例也把人民綁得像小朋友一樣。
五時多 Pam 便載我們離開了。離開前她還要再送了兩支酒給我們，真的很感動。如果有機會真的很想再回來探望他們。
到 YHA 後不久就見到德國同房 Heike，跟她談了一會後她就說想跟我們一起去喝東西，於是我們便一起同 Royal George Hotel 會合 Mark、Pom 和 Bear，兩個星期沒有見過他們了！當然大家不會有什麼大改變，但看到他們真的很高興， 因為在這個旅程後可能真的沒法再見到他們了，所以很珍惜跟他們見面的時間。後來這間酒吧的 Rum 售完了，所以便到了鄰近的 Tankers，在那裏竟然再碰到 Louise!! 她住的地方跟我們的旅舍很近，所以我們相約在下星期到她家作客。原來她一直有正跟別人說她遇到一個很勇敢，會隻身到 Ongerup 當barmaid 的女孩呢 =)
